Our Service Guarantee

When you have your bicycle or skis serviced at Pine Mountain Sports, we take pride in guaranteeing our work. If at any point you feel that our service department didn’t repair or solve the issue that you hired us to solve, please let us know so that we can correct it. If you feel that something is not perfectly adjusted or tuned as you expected, promptly bring it back to us so that we can make it right. No matter if your bike or ski repair is big or small, our service is guaranteed. 

Price Matching

  • We gladly match the price of any of our competitors, even online stores. Please ask!
  • Price matching only applies to identical items that are currently in stock.

Try Before You Buy

  • We are happy to apply up to 3 rentals back towards your purchase of new gear.
  • Like for like: bike rentals toward bike purchase; skis for skis; boots for boots, etc.
  • Rentals-back-toward-purchase apply to non-clearance/sale items only.

Our Club Card Membership

The Pine Mountain Sports Club Card is for our frequent shoppers: 

A one-time $20 fee enrolls your immediate family forever. Sign up in-store any time.
You’ll save at least 5% on most purchases. Discount excludes sale items, bicycles, labor, rentals, clinics, and passes. You’ll receive an email with advance notice of sales, shopping parties and special events. No discounts apply to any special order items. 

Rental Reservations

  • All reservation fees are 100% refundable, so long as you cancel in advance.
  • We do not issue credit or refunds for rentals that are returned early.
  • Rental Policy for Days the Shop is Closed – Customers are responsible for the total rental cost for all rental equipment in their possession when Pine Mountain Sports is closed for the following reasons: Federal Holidays (includes any early closures and late openings), staff retreats and Inventory days. To see which dates apply, check our Events Calendar. If you want to avoid additional charges for rentals over these dates, please return your rental during business hours before the scheduled closure.

Warranty Claims

  • We are always happy to assist our customers by handling any warranty claims as needed.
  • Customers are asked to cover all freight charges; we will take care of the rest.
  • Any additional charges will be confirmed with the customer before applied to the product.
  • Pine Mountain Sports must follow manufacturer guidelines for the warranty process.
  • We will ask them nicely, but warranty repair/replacement is entirely up to the manufacturer.
  • The warranty process often takes 4-6 weeks to complete. Be prepared to be patient.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns must have a receipt to receive a full refund (within 30 days of purchase).
  • Without receipts, a store credit/exchange can be issued for current items only (at the last “sale” price).
  • Merchandise must be brand-new condition. Used products cannot be returned.
  • Clearance items (at 40% off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Shipping Bikes

In honoring our vendor agreements, we are unable to ship any new or demo bikes. Customers are responsible for picking up all new or demo bikes from our shop or deliver their new or demo bike to any selected shipping service. Pine Mtn Sports is not responsible for any damages done to new, demo, or customer bikes during shipping. Any damages that occur during shipping are solely the customer’s responsibility to work with the shipping service.
